This is the Monophonic version referred to on the back cover of the Capitol/EMI DT 2721 release.
Early pressings have a plain, brown, cloth-like back cover and the 4-page insert is printed on textured paper. Later ones have a black vinyl back cover and the insert is printed on flat-finish white paper. Both have the poly-lined Angel inner sleeves.
